INVESTMENT ONE SHEET:
1. Initial Shares sold in 100 share blocks up to a maximum of 10,000 shares, equivalent to 10% of initial outstanding shares (100,000). Initial par value is $2,000 per share.

Minimum purchase: 1,000 shares @ $2,000,000.
Maximum purchase: 10,000 shares @ 20,000,000 million Dollars.

Initial investors additionally have the opportunity to purchase shares in any related new corporate venture, up to 15%, at initial par value. These companies will include, but are not limited to, manufacturing, distribution, real estate holding and real estate management.

Initial investors amassing 10% of outstanding shares will be awarded a seat on the Company's Board of Directors.

The business plan currently calls for approximately $10 million during start-up phase. Any additional capital will be utilized primarily in supplemental promotional and awareness campaigns in addition to funding focused on additional product development and clinical trials. Minimal reserves will be directed toward targeted and intensified research opportunities.

2. Dependent on initial public reaction, additional shares MAY be available at the par value of $2,500 per share. Also, the Company's business plan may be accelerated due to opportunities presented which, although anticipated, cannot be forecast at this time.
